Description of problem:
Per the RHEL7.3 release notes, incremental_async provides a very significant performance boost.  Can this be backported to RHEL6?

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.look to maintain standardized audit config between RHEL6 and RHEL7
2. RHEL7 supports incremental_async, RHEL6 does not
3.

Actual results:
Feature not present, auditd fails to start if config option is specified
