Description of problem:

The spinner spins forever while viewing daily C&U graphs for host,cluster when there is no daily data.

This issue doesn't happen with VMs.

Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1.Manage a provider.Enable C&U collection for the provider.
2.Collect at least one hour of C&U data
3.Try to view daily graph(when daily data is not available)

I was not able to recreate it locally but on Nandini's appliance i could recreate and see JS error in firebug:
