Description of problem: Buttons for Console and Cockpit are not launching properly. Verified by engineering team members. Also Cockpit icon graphic is missing.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open SSUI and login
2. Click on my My Services
3. Open a service that has a VM that is properly configured with console and/or cockpit.
4. Click on the console or Cockpit icon

Actual results: Javascript errors and cockpit icon missing


Expected results: Launches correctly and Cockpit icon is visible

Am 9️⃣9️⃣٪ sure this fixes this bz, but require a little testing help, will update when fix is verified.
