Now getting: checking for znaupd_ in -larpack... yes ARPACK-NG library found checking whether the arpack library works... configure: error: ARPACK library found, but seems not to work properly. Please make sure you are using arpack-ng https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=16776238 Okay, that appears to probably have been due to the -Werror implicit debacle. Testing after that lead to an error due to parallel make. Disabling parallel make leads to:

Thanks Orion for the analysis, I will push an update after https://codereview.scilab.org/#/c/18779/ and regenerate the ocaml dependency at compile time. Expect an update soon :). This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'. This message is a reminder that Fedora 26 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 26. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained.
