Where did you download the package from?

Try to install it directly from Koji:

# dnf install http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/kojifiles/packages/coreutils/8.25/15.fc25/aarch64/coreutils-common-8.25-15.fc25.aarch64.rpm

Tried the above command, problem remains in the exactly same way.

The package was from standard Repo.

A bit more information on the test bed:

I was following this [tutorial](https://nmilosev.svbtle.com/termuxfedora-install-fedora-on-your-phone-with-termux) to get Fedora 25 aarch64 on my Android tablet.

Let me close this as duplicate of bug #1392208 so that we keep the information at a single place. This does not seem to be a problem with the particular packages built for aarch64. It seems to be a problem with the system where the packages are being installed.
