qe-sat63-rhel6.satqe.abc.redhat.com 2.6.32-642.1.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri May 6 14:54:05 EDT 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

  --foreman-proxy-plugin-openscap-configure-openscap-repo  Enable custom yum repo with packages needed for smart_proxy_openscap, (default: true)

Actual results:
--foreman-proxy-plugin-openscap-configure-openscap-repo  Enable custom yum repo with packages needed for smart_proxy_openscap, (default: true)

Expected results:
The custom repo should be disabled by default
--foreman-proxy-plugin-openscap-configure-openscap-repo  Enable custom yum repo with packages needed for smart_proxy_openscap, (default: false)

Additional info:
The problem seems to be only with rhel6

--foreman-proxy-plugin-openscap-configure-openscap-repo  Enable custom yum repo with packages needed for smart_proxy_openscap, (default: true)

The package is still enabled by default for rhel6
