Description of problem:
Not able to use the IBM Trackpoint along with the middle mouse button for scrolling down or up

Actual results:
The scrolling up and scrolling down is not working using Middle mouse button ( Pressed ) and IBM TrackPoint

Expected results:
The scrolling up and scrolling down should not using Middle mouse button ( Pressed ) and IBM TrackPoint

Additional info:
This is working in Fedora but not RHEL.
The issue is seen in Browser windows, Gnome-terminal windows and any text or pdf files.
