This bug has been copied from bug #1391944 and has been proposed
to be backported to 7.3 z-stream (EUS).

resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.

Add one note for this fix, do not update 'systemd' separately without 'selinux-policy', or the issue 'Bug 1393505 - systemd generates USER_AVCs after selinux-policy update' would occur. The affect would be: systemd could not work with SELinux enforcing, even system could not reboot. If this already occurs, disable SELinux would solve the problem, then reboot system would work. 

So it is best to update all package, at least update 'systemd' and 'selinux-policy' at same time.
