Description of problem:
Clinking at https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/?version=8 the Configure DPDK for OpenStack Networking link leads to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/8/configure-dpdk-for-openstack-networking/configure-dpdk-for-openstack-networking which gives 404.

These links seem to work, however:
