Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Missing deps in CentOS for ppc64le, need to wait for 7.3 to be built on that arch.

Not a blocker, but will probably go out async as soon as CentOS 7.3/ppc64le will be released.
