How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create A RHEL6 bug with pm_ack, devel_ack, qa_ack all set to '+', save
2.Then change this bug's component to others(insider this product), check the bug history

Sometimes these 2 flag update history divided to 2 part which one part before main update, another part after main update.
