How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in SSUI
2. Click on start button on a service. The VM was retired .
3. Nothing happens and if you click on the service and come back The start button shows again.
4. It will be good to know the result Like : This VM could not be started because of "some" reason.
