[rhel-osp-director-10][documentation]  running Upgrade with SSL on overcloud require to include specific parameters.  


This Bug for documentation was opened, after discussion over the comment from this bz : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1389040#c13 

In case of upgrading the overcloud with SSL we should include :

(1) Adding "PublicVirtualFixedIPs: " to network-environment.yaml file  
value for example : 
  PublicVirtualFixedIPs: [{'ip_address':'192.168.200.180'}]. 


(2) As well we should also add :
 -e /home/stack/ssl-heat-templates/environments/tls-endpoints-public-ip.yaml

(note:  this ^ should be added to each of the deployment-commands that are being used for the upgrade.)

This have been included with the OSP10 release.
