Tested on CFME-5.7.0.10, and RHV-4.0.4.
Browser Google Chrome - Version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit)

For VMs with display type VNC and Spice,
when pressing on the console icon (located at the VM's page, in the top bar),
a new windows was opened, and the console of the VM was opened, and it was possible to write inside it.

However, it didn't work always. Especially on first trials, after connecting to the CFME appliance.
I didn't find any problem seen in the CFME logs, and I am not sure what makes it fail.

Martin,
Would you please advise/take a look?

Reproduced the same issue with Firefox 49.0.2
