The Configuration button is missing on Reports page.

I have attached screen shots from 5.6 and 5.7.

Configuration button supposed to be available when report definition selected and should be hidden otherwise. It means screenshot from version 5.7 represent correct behavior. 
Could you select report definition ( 'cb-owner' on screenshot ) and check if configuration button available

After selecting report definition, the 'Configuration' is present.

Closing this BZ as the described issue is not a bug.

I believe this was fixed through this BZ
