Description of problem:
Can't open dependent product select list by click it's input area

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.3-rh14

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Enter bug page of RHEL7
2.Try to select a dependent product by click this field's input area
3.

Actual results:
no response

Expected results:
It should show the dependent product select list, then user could select it. Same as other field, e.g: target release, keywords, external track

Additional info:
Please fix this bug, since it blocks the automation test.

It appears the placeholder changes the way this works, the placeholder should just be removed.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh15)
Result: Pass
