Description of problem:
The user is facing troubles in 6.2.2 when using smart classes with non admin user.
One part of the problem is managed in bug 1391556, and a hotfix is on its way.

Second part of this is expressed here as a freeze while accessing Classes view as non admin. Those freeze don't appear as admin. It seems related to permission checks.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/16996 has been resolved.

Created non admin user and added role to see smart class parameters. No freezing screen so it worked on sat 6.2.7
