Patch to fix most background colour issues

As well as sizing issues, programs that use the wxGTK toolkit with recent gtk+3 versions also suffer failures in drawing background colour. This certainly affects 4Pane, of which I'm upstream.

Paul has just made a commit to http://trac.wxwidgets.org/ticket/17585 that fixes the worst of these. The attached patch contains this, slightly altered to apply to wxGTK3.git.

I hope you will agree to apply it.
