Description of problem:

Unable to create stored catalog for the 

Business Justification:
Being able to pull down a catalog allows for the creation of directed graphs to model the behavior.  These graphs will offer the ability to both track changes and assess their impact.  Furthermore, these data points should allow for the creation of metrics for charting long term life of specific system configuration changes.

Technical Requirements:
Allow 'puppet catalog download' to pull down a system catalog on satellite itself

Ability to test:
I've no test system at this time.

Steps to Reproduce:
[root@sat6tmp]# puppet catalog download
Error: Could not call 'find' on 'catalog': getaddrinfo: Name or service not known
