The report names in the explorer tree on the left cannot be translated, since those names are stored / seeded in a database. The other reported problems are valid bugs. Fix for the "Saved Reports" not being translated: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/12747 Fix for the column headers in the rendered saved report has been fixed in a different bz. Navigate to Cloud Intel - Reports - Saved Reports, under 'All Saved Reports' list items are not translated. 3. Select any saved report from any list item of 'All saved reports', the corresponding summary page on right side pane has "Saved Reports" string and table headings in english.
