Description of problem: 'Add a new widget' screen under Dashboard widgets -> All Widgets -> Menus, has partially translated error messages and missing translation entry. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 5.7.0.10-beta3.20161109111947_9a61b18 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into cfme with non en-us locale 2. Navigate to Cloud Intel-Reports-Dashboard Widgets-All Widgets-Menus, Click on 'Configuration'->'Add a new Widget', in the following screen's drop-down menu has untranslated entry "Add a Shortcut" 3. Try to add with out Title and Description, the error messages are partially translated. Actual results: Partial and untranslated string Expected results: Translations should present Additional info: Screen shot attached
