Ivegen, Can you provide access to an appliance where i can recreate this issue? Thanks, ~Harpreet Harpreet, I'm afraid I can't. I don't hold appliances more than 1 week. Another problem that the issue is quite rare and I don't have steps to reproduce it. I was hopping that the backtrace from logs would help to figure out the reason. Harpreet, My only hope was that logs were informative enough. I'm closing the bug for sure If logs weren't helpful. |
Created attachment 1219814 [details] cfme logs Description of problem: I had a CFME with 2 cloud providers (Azure, Amazon) and 1 Infra provider (vsphere55-nested). When I tried to provision vm for infra through CFME UI, I got a view with all templates together (cloud and infra). Then when I proceeded with filling provisioning dialog, it turned out that half of the dialog tabs were empty. I haven't managed to find exact steps to reproduce the issue but the appliance logs contain backtrace that might help to figure out exact reason. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.7.0.10 How reproducible: 10% Steps to Reproduce: I don't know exact steps 1. Add two cloud providers (Azure, Amazon) and go thru theirs views (VMs, Availibility zones, etc) 2. Add Infra provider (vsphere55-nested) 3. Go to Compute->Infrustructure->Virtual Machines and switch between different views there 4. Try to provision vm Actual results: When "choose template" view is opened, it contains both cloud and infra templates. Half of tabs in provisioning dialog are empty (see screenshot) Expected results: correct provisioning dialog Additional info: cfme logs and screen shot are attached
