The progress of adding the security groups provisioning to ManageIQ is hampered because of other providers issues and being able to filter them out of the CRUD operations. Discussion are in progress to address it.

Upstream now contains initial security group provisioning feature with following Pull Request [1] being merged.

The flags for backport (euwe branch) are in place and waiting to be processed.
