Description of problem:
Architecture: x86_64[eServer(AMD Opteron)]
The error message, Segmentation fault is displayed after executing
insmod testmod.o; cat /proc/testmod/cliloop.



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL3-U4

How reproducible: Everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to the machine from remote
2. Execute "insmod testmod.o; cat /proc/testmod/cliloop"
3. Segmentation fault is displayed.
  
Actual results: Segmentation fault is displayed.


Expected results: hang and diskdump works.

The patch for FZ#137562 fixes the issue(BZ#139434) also.

The patch including the bug fix was posted to rhkernel-list on 1/18.
The patch includes the new feature(FZ#137562) and the bug fix(BZ#139434).

A fix for this problem has just been committed to the RHEL3 U5
patch pool this evening (in kernel version 2.4.21-27.10.EL).
