I don't think it's duplicite, as this talks about the whole capsule sync on environment, while https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1391704 talks about one repo sync/public. Verified by automation on Sat6.3.0 Snap 12. Test id: 35513099-c918-4a8e-90d0-fd4c87ad2f82 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
