Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/13603 has been resolved.

Verified in Satellite 6.3 snap 3. See output below:

ERROR: /usr/bin/katello-disconnected has been replaced by repository and content view export functions.
Please see the 'hammer repository export' and 'hammer content-view version export' commands for additional detail.
