Description of problem: The original version of unpaper by jens Guilden isn't maintained anymore and was so for the last 5+ years. The original hosting provider also shut down. That's why Flameeyes forked the project and under his umbrella the project is (more or less) actively developed. Github repo: https://github.com/Flameeyes/unpaper


How reproducible: 


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute 'dnf info unpaper'
2. Look at the version number
3. Compare with Flameeyes version number

Actual results: Fedora still uses 0.3 and this version wasn't updated in years


Expected results: unpaper's version on Fedora should at least be 6.1 (released in Oct 2014). Programs like ocrmypdf for example expect 6.1 or newer
