Description of problem:

In OSP8 Networking Guide Chapter 19 Section 19.3 Configure SR-IOV on the Network Node

The content shows that 
1. Enable sriovnicswitch in the /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/openvswitch_agent.ini file. For example, this configuration enables the SR-IOV mechanism driver alongside Open vSwitch.

It should be:

Lukas, we should also confirm whether this change is required in OSP 9 and OSP 10.

I changed the line accordingly in all three guides, i.e. for versions 8, 9, and 10.
