Description of problem:

Clicking on anything but providers is broken in the topology view.

5.7, master after #12503 and before #12605


How reproducible:

always


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to any topology view (eg Network > Topology)
2. Click on any non-provider entity (eg Floatin IP)


Actual results:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.
(url = /floating_ip/10000000000071)


Expected results:

The right detail is shown.
(url = /floating_ip/show/10000000000071)


Additional info:

This was introduced while fixing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1389463 in https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/12503

We already have a fix in https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/12605

The difference is that all providers use restful routes, but no other entities do.
