Package mlt-6.2.0-2.el7.nux.x86_64 downloaded from Nux (https://li.nux.ro/repos.html) works fine.

we can't build MLT with ffmpeg. In Fedora we got mlt-freeworld in rpmfusion but rpmfusion not have yet el7

Thanks for the report , I will investigate this a little better, meanwhile the state is "can't fix" .
