A fine-grained getattr. Add mask parameter to getattr (similar to setattr), the mask tells getattr which attributes caller wants. For permission check,  fuse_perm_getattr() only need to get inode’s uid, gid and mode. The reason ceps-fuse likes to have this is that getting inode’s size can be very slow when multiple clients writes to the anode.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
