I don't think we want this in Fedora. This would change user experience comparing to upstream behavior. I am pretty sure we tried to convince upstream to change the default, but we failed. OK I got it. |
Description of problem: "rails new app" runs "bundle install" in the process. But we prefer "bundle install --local" to use the gems already present in Rubygems´ cache or in vendor/cache. This is an improvement.
