⁠8.6.4. Create a Web Service View Model from Relational Models

and

8.6.5. Create a Web Service View Model from XML Document View Models

Describe the issue: 
In the 8.6.4 section is the sentence that "See Create Web Service Models section." but I don't see any Create Web Service Models section in the document.

In the 3. item in the list in the 8.6.5 section is the sentence that "Fill in missing properties in Web Service Generation Wizard shown below."  but below isn't anything about Web Service Generation Wizard.

Suggestions for improvement: 
Add Create Web Service Model section
Add a picture of the Web Service Generation Wizard below 3. item

8.6.4 was just a link to a section with another title.  I have removed the reference to the screenshot. The section is self-explanatory without one.
