How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On a fresh new appliance navigate to My setting->visuals
2.check the default start page entry in "show at login" dropdown list.

Actual results:
The default landing page set is "cloud Intel/Dashboard" but when you login the landing page is "Infrastructure Providers"

Expected results:
Default login page should be "cloud Intel/Dashboard" when login

Updated the summary which sounds appropriate since the value is being overridden.

Its technically displaying the wrong thing in the visual setting if it says one thing and does another.  I agree though, its an edge condition that we can ignore.
