Description of problem:
libhugetlbfs counters.sh test fail on numa systems.

How reproducible:
easy to reproduce on 2 nodes systems

Steps to Reproduce:
1. provision a 2 nodes system
2. download and build libhugetlbfs-2.16-12.el7.src.rpm
3. export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/rpmbuild/BUILD/libhugetlbfs-2.16/obj64/
4. while true; do ~/rpmbuild/BUILD/libhugetlbfs-2.16/tests/obj64/counters || break; done

Actual results:
counters will fail in a few secs

3. Did not reproduce this issue with one node systems.
