Description of problem:
Actually in my new installation (Satellite 6.2.4) is not possible to provision one new machine with RHEL7.3 although using the same configuration *and only diff repositories* I can provision one RHEL7.2

6.2.4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync repositories
2. Create Lifecycle
3. Create content view / publish / promote
4. Create a new host

Actual results:
Error at the installation moment and conclude the operation at the dracut prompt

Expected results:
Install the virtual machine

I managed to reproduce the issue by trying to provision a RHEL7.3 as a vm with 768MB of RAM. Increasing the amount of RAM to 1GB fixed the issue.

Apparently dracut is trying to download a squashfs image which should serve as installer rootfs, but fails because it runs out of memory when trying to save the image. 

Maybe it should be stated in the docs, that rhel7.3 is a bit more resource hungry than 7.2
