Description of problem:
After a successful deployment of RHV self-hosted with 2 hypervisors and OCP with 1 master + 1 node the sample Hello World app is not accessible.

How reproducible:
Happened to me once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start and finish deployment of self-hosted RHV and OCP as mentioned above
2. Check on the Hello World sample app
3.

Actual results:
The sample app is inaccessible; there is an error in OCP log

Expected results:
The sample app should be accessible

The sample app not coming up could be for a variety of reasons, but with the upgrade to 3.3 this temporary workaround should resolve this issue.
