Description Jarek Polok 2016-11-16 09:38:50 UTC
Description of problem:

While running nedit on a CentOS 7 system via X-Win32
(https://www.starnet.com/xwin32/) from a Windows machine,
menus are not reacting to mouse clicks.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.6-1.el7

Additional info:

A rebuild of nedit-5.6-1.el7 src rpm on a fully updated CentOS 7 system (7.2 + all updates until Nov 2016) seems to solve a problem for me.

@Jarek Polok Please test this testing update:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2016-9fabf8b743

Also it appears that X-Win32 is proprietary software. If the bug still exists, please test it with an X server for Windows that is both open source & actively maintained. I am 99% confident that the only 2 are VcXsrv & Cygwin XWin.

According to the comment on the bodhi update, this was tested successfully.
That version has been pushed out.
