Hi Oyvind,
Do you have guess for when this will make it into Fedora and RHEL packages?

I have verified that resource-agents-3.9.5-98 have /bin/netstat as requirement.

----

before the patch resource-agents-3.9.5-81.el7.x86_64

[root@virt-136 ~]# rpm -q --requires resource-agents | grep netstat
[root@virt-136 ~]# echo $?

before the patch resource-agents-3.9.5-98.el7.x86_64
====================================================

[root@virt-135 ~]# rpm -q --requires resource-agents | grep netstat
/bin/netstat
