Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat6.2
foreman-installer-katello-3.0.0.57-1.el7sat.noarch
katello-3.0.0-12.el7sat.noarch

note that this test system was upgraded from 6.1.9 to 6.2


Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://sat6-2.example.com/apidoc/v2/
2. CTRL-F Products 
3. Mouse over the URLs in that section
4. Notice they all have "/apidoc/apidoc/", for example:
example.com/apidoc/apidoc/v2/products/index.html

Actual results:

URLs have "/apidoc/apidoc/"
Expected results:
URLs have only one /apidoc/
