Description of problem: Links under history button group are not working as expected

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go To Virtual Machines explorer, click on a VM on the right side.
2. Click on All VMs & Templates links under History button group, right side remains on VM details screen, it should change to list of All VMs & Templates. When clicking on "All VMs & Templates" node in the tree refreshes right side, link from history drop down should work the same way.
3. 

Actual results: Right side does not get refreshed when clicking on All VMs & Templates link from history drop down.


Expected results: List of All VMs & Templates should be displayed.
