fixed in upstream cvs.

this is misfiled against the wrong package, fixing.

This should be fixed in the 2.4-9.1.92 version of glibc-kernheaders, which is
now present in Fedora Rawhide and will hopefully be making its way into a RHEL4
update. Please could you test that it works for you now?
