Moving to verified as all dependent issues had been verified for ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.0.4-2.el7ev.noarch.

How this bug may be ON-QA if it's dependent bugs are in modified?
May you move this to modified as well?

1397810 is 4.1, how 1396051 (4.0.6) being blocked by 4.1?
