setsebool -P cron_system_cronjob_use_shares on 
with switch -P option will keep this option permanent ON even after node reboot.

I agree, it makes more sense to have the entire command documented in the "Managing snapshot" section, under snapshot scheduler prerequsites, of the admin guide.
