New version! https://github.com/RedHatBrand/Overpass/releases/tag/3.0

I'm told "It has metric changes that will affect other documents but those changes should not cause overflow issues and represent an improvement in quality and continuity between weights."

I'm not sure how to best do that kind of update — probably aim for F26/rawhide rather than F25?
