upstream ceph-ansible allows a customer to set civetweb or apache as the frontend for RGW. 

RHCS only supported civetweb. 

We need to add a note which makes it clear that customers should not change this setting under any circumstance. We should not mention apache as an explicit option but make it clear that the setting should never be changed from its default.

+1 for now but see comments on email thread. If this setting is a default, we probably don't need to alert customers to the specifics of the file or variable options.
