Description of problem:
During rhosp8 overcloud deployment, node will experience link flap and when it happen, deployment will fail as undercloud is not able to communicate with overcloud nodes.
Workaround is to patch overcloud-full.qcow2 image with the below changes

Thanks for recommended fix. Would just like to confirm - is the issue that ifup is failing because the link has gone down, and as a result raises a ProcessExecutionError exception?
