Confirmed. It seems like a trivial bug to fix. Does anybody know how to work around it before it gets fixed? Some magic gconftool-2 incantation or another windows registry modification? Note that if you run gnome-default-applications-properties from the terminal you get a message back: "(gnome-default-applications-properties:3979): libgnomevfs-WARNING **: Deprecated function. User modifications to the MIME database are no longer supported." Should this bug be reported upstream as well? Not an fc4 issue, since the text editor tab is gone in fc4 Fedora Core 3 is now maintained by the Fedora Legacy project for security updates only. If this problem is a security issue, please reopen and reassign to the Fedora Legacy product. If it is not a security issue and hasn't been resolved in the current FC5 updates or in the FC6 test release, reopen and change the version to match. Thank you! |
