Description of problem:
Red Hat Insightsbeta's Getting started documentation of Openstack has untranslated string.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/getting-started/osp/ with ja-JP
2. Verify the page translation.
3. 'The following command will configure the Coordinator and Client installations:' string is not localized

Actual results:
Translation not available.

Expected results:
Translation should present

Translation keys are present, only the actual translation is missing.

Hi Jaylin,
Now the https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/getting-started/osp/ link is redirecting to https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-insights#osp and i could not change the language selection to 'Japanese' to verify the reported translation.
