Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
Unable to update the individual `hosts collection` with `content host` through
hammer cli
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
hammer_cli-0.5.1.11-4
How reproducible:
each time.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Remove all host collections through the GUI and execute below
# hammer content-host update --name `hostname` --organization `org_name` --host-collection-ids `2,4`
2.Above command returns with "Content host updated" and if check GUI, all four host collections are attached to `content host`
Actual results:
Command returns with "Content host updated" and if check GUI, all four host collections are attached to `content host`
Expected results:
It should attached to individual `hosts collection` with `content host` instead of all attached.

Do you have a reproducer for this ?
I think it works as expected in Satellite 6.2.4.
Can you please try to on Satellite 6.2.4 ?
Issue has been fixed on Satellite 6.2.4. Hence closing the BZ ticket.
If this issue has been raised by any customer please suggest to upgrade to Satellite 6.2.4 or greater.
